What is the dress code for the gala?

Formal / Black Tie Optional. We encourage guests to dress their best (including formal cultural attire) and celebrate the occasion in a way that feels special to them.

Will dinner be served?

Yes. Dinner and refreshments will be provided as part of the Gala experience. Additional information regarding the menu and dietary accommodations will be provided closer to the event.

Are dietary accommodations available?

Yes. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies during registration. We will make every effort to accommodate guest needs. For significant allergies or specific dietary requirements, we encourage guests to contact the CCUIH team in advance.

Is the event accessible?

Yes. CCUIH is committed to making the Gala accessible and welcoming to all guests. If you require an accommodation to fully participate in the event, please contact our development & partnerships manager, wyatt@ccuih.org, as early as possible so that we can work with you to meet your needs.

Where should I stay if I am traveling to Sacramento?

We will provide information about recommended hotels and any available room blocks as they are finalized.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact our development & partnerships manager, wyatt@ccuih.org, as soon as possible so we can update the guest information.

Are tickets refundable?

Yes, tickets are refundable up till Nov 1st.
